Dr. Tony Bello

I’m Dr. Tony Bello, food scientist, faith leader, and founder of Shine Bridge Global.

My journey began in Ubiaja, Edo State, Nigeria, and led me to some of the world’s largest food companies, PepsisCo, Kellogg, and Kraft, where I helped shape iconic brands like Baked Lays and Lays Stax. It was a divine whisper that redirected my path from billion-dollar brands to billion-dollar cassava dreams for my country.

Today, I lead the Cassava Kingdom Movement, a faith-fueled mission to transform Africa’s most versatile crop, cassava, into premium food innovations and global investment opportunities.

At Shine Bridge Global, we bridge the gap between Africa’s untapped agricultural potential and diaspora driven capital. From clean-label ingredients to scalable consumer packaged goods, we build with purpose, not just profit.

Whether I’m serving as an advisor, investor, or father to next-generation food entrepreneurs, I carry one conviction. Africa will rise, rooted in purpose, powered by cassava.
